Leveraging her credentials and expertise in facility management, she led the last Company she worked to be a competitive and sustainable company, ultimately the Facility Management Company of the year.

 

With the lead experience in providing housing solutions in three local authorities (Westminster Council, Southwark Council, and London Borough of Barnet) and a housing association (William Sutton Trust). She performed the Chief Executive Director role in two legal entities - a Facility Management and a Resource Management Company, respectively. All through these roles, she brought down operational costs while ensuring enhanced value for all assets under her purview. It is also on record that she successfully led the Companies through three different periods of crises. Her skills span leadership, strategy, excellent people skills, management, cost control, and critical thinking skills. Gbadunade is a goal-getter who refuses to take no for an answer.

 

She is an alumna of Lagos Business School and a member of the International Workplace Facility Management (IWFM).
